Beautiful modern condo set along the Sierra Madre mountain range directly on the beach Playa Gemelas. Recently remodeled with a modern ocean aesthetic, Casa Tsikuri was designed with exceptional attention to detail to create a comfortable home to absorb the jungle and beach surroundings while enjoying every modern convenience. The condo comprises a master bedroom with a large and very comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed that pulls out from underneath. The kitchen and living areas look out over the pool and beach area, with a large, full-wall window that opens to create an indoor-outdoor living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, convection microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use. There is a round table and chairs that seat up to 6, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal and sip cocktails at sunset. In addition to the poolside loungers, the building staff can bring the loungers and umbrellas down to the beach area for a very comfortable, relaxing day. Fluffy soft bath towels and white beach towels are provided as well. Backed by the stunning Sierra Madre mountains and situated next to a lush jungle area directly on the beach, the condo provides guests with a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the Hotel Area and Romantic Zone while still being a short, beautiful ride along the coastal highway. Guests are welcome to use the large swimming pool and pool loungers in front of the condo. Stand-up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and sand and pool toys for kids are available on request. Every room has its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the year's hottest months. The condo includes daily cleaning, which is included in the rental rate. Building staff is on-site to assist with any issues that arise and ensure guests enjoy a safe and relaxing environment. The owner is a frequent traveler to Puerto Vallarta, owns or manages several units in the property, and is available to provide recommendations on activities and dining for families, couples, and friend groups. The condo is located between two great oceanfront restaurants, a short five and 10-minute walk away. Food can also be ordered and delivered directly to the condo from one of the restaurants. Also 5 minutes away is a small convenience store that sells food items, toiletries, and beach basics like sunscreen. The condo is situated on the secluded side of Playa Gemelas Beach, which is known for having the softest sand and clearest water in Vallarta. Locals flock from hours away to access the public side of this beach. However, the only access to our site requires traversing large rocks or staying at one of the few properties on the beach, greatly limiting the crowds and enabling our guests to enjoy the best beach with the fewest people. The condo is about a 10-15 minute drive south of the Romantic Zone, which is full of restaurants and bars. Driving further south takes you to Mismaloa, a great place for a beach massage and ceviche, and Boca de Tomatlan, a great place to grab some amazing seafood and catch water taxis to Las Animas, Quimixto, and Yalapa, beautiful beach towns accessible only by boat. Casa Tsikuri is just a few meters from the local bus stop. The bus costs 10 pesos and takes 15 minutes to reach the Romantic Zone. The condo is serviced daily from Sunday through Saturday, with one day off for our staff. Check-in is as early as 4 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check-in is available for an additional fee of 1,000 pesos or $50 USD if there are no check-outs that day Check-out is at 11 am unless prior arrangements have been made Late check-out is also available for an additional fee of 1,000 pesos or $50 USD if there are no other check-ins that day. Guests have access to the large swimming pool and outdoor grill. The condo is located directly on the beach, which is accessible down a short set of stairs. The condo is located on the secluded side of the beach Playa Gemelas, a locals-only spot with unspoiled, soft sand and curling white-crested waves. Although shops and restaurants are only a 15-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. The pool can be heated for an additional 700 pesos ($35 USD) per day. This helps keep our rental rates as affordable as possible.
